Protection of confidential transaction and card data

VAT Statement

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

Currency conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro/US Dollar into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated 1 on our web site.


Payment Refunds

Delivery of Goods

All orders are delivered to the Customer via D-Express courier service.
The correctness of the order is checked by the customer. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt, and to notify the delivery person immediately of any possible defects.

When picking up the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, as well as to refuse to pick up delivered goods with visible damage. If they subsequently notice damage to the goods and do not return the goods to the delivery person, the buyer has the option of contacting us via info@ekovela.rs so that the goods can be picked up in accordance with the agreement with the buyer.
If the customer rejects the order of the wrongly delivered items, the delivery person must establish at the time of receipt that there was a mistake in replacing the items, by consulting the customer and contacting "Yves Rocher Serbia Web Shop" via support telephone or email.

"Ekovela DOO / Yves Rocher Serbia Web Shop" reserves the right to refuse delivery of ordered goods if it determines a violation of these conditions and rules advertised on the website.
If the customer made a mistake, the shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the goods are returned to Yves Rocher Serbia Web Shop. Shipping costs when returning and replacing purchased goods are borne by the customer, except in the case when the customer receives a defective or wrong item, then the shipping costs are paid by the Yves Rocher Serbia Web Shop online store.

The delivery person undertakes to carry out the delivery of the order professionally and responsibly in accordance with the rules of the service and the General Terms and Conditions of e-commerce business of the Yves Rocher Serbia Web Shop online store.
In the event of a delay in delivery due to a breakdown of the delivery vehicle or other objective or subjective reasons of the delivery person, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the delivery person.

Return of Goods

It is very important that you report any damage you notice to us via our email support.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance (online ordering) within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, without giving reasons and additional costs, except for the obligation to pay the costs of returning the product (hereinafter: withdrawal).

If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must submit a withdrawal statement to us within the above-mentioned deadline.

You need to sign the withdrawal statement by hand and provide us with the receipt for the purchased product for inspection.
The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to us, but the burden of proof is on you to prove that you sent it to us in time.
In the case of receipt of a complete and timely statement of cancellation, we will refund the funds we received from you based on the purchase you canceled.
We issue refunds when we receive the product being returned or proof that you sent us the same product, whichever comes first.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used when paying.
